Cosmetic Surgery Costs in Albania — Full 2026 Price Guide

One of the first questions we're asked — and rightly so — is: "How much does cosmetic surgery in Albania actually cost?"

This guide sets out the real, typical prices for 2026, what's included, and what to watch for.

Why Albania is significantly cheaper

Albania isn't cheap because corners are cut. It's cheaper because the cost of operating — clinic space, staff salaries, taxes, insurance — is a fraction of what it is in London, Berlin or Milan. The implants, sutures, surgical instruments and training are the same.

A Milan-trained surgeon in Tirana earns a very good living charging €2,200 for a rhinoplasty. A Milan-based surgeon with the same CV needs to charge €6,000+ to cover their local overhead.

Typical 2026 prices (all-inclusive)

All prices include the surgery, anaesthesia, clinic fees, medication, 4★ hotel, airport transfers, coordinator and aftercare. Flights are extra.

Face

  • Rhinoplasty — from €2,200
  • Facelift — from €3,500
  • Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty) — from €1,600
  • Otoplasty (Ear Pinning) — from €1,400
  • Chin Augmentation — from €1,800

Breast

  • Breast Augmentation (Mentor or Motiva implants) — from €3,200
  • Breast Lift (Mastopexy) — from €2,800
  • Breast Reduction — from €3,000
  • Gynecomastia — from €2,200

Body

  • Liposuction (VASER, single area) — from €1,800
  • 360° Lipo — from €2,800
  • Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) — from €3,200
  • BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) — from €3,800
  • Mommy Makeover — from €5,500

Hair & Dental

  • FUE Hair Transplant (up to 4,500 grafts) — from €1,500

What should you compare these against?

What's not included (and shouldn't be)

  • Flights. We can recommend routes and timings but we don't book them — it's always cheaper to book direct.
  • Travel insurance. Strongly recommended, especially if you're travelling alone.
  • Revision surgery after 12 months, or anything unrelated to the original procedure.
  • Extra hotel nights beyond your package — though these can usually be added at a preferential rate.

Red flags to avoid

If a quote looks suspiciously cheap, ask three questions:

  1. Is the anaesthetist an MD-qualified consultant? Not a nurse-anaesthetist.
  2. Is the implant / material brand named in the quote? (e.g. "Mentor MemoryGel" — not just "silicone implants".)
  3. What's the revision policy in writing? Reputable clinics cover minor revisions for 12 months.

If any of those answers are vague, walk away.
